"Robbie catered our wedding in June of 2016, and it was amazing! I was nervous because there was no infrastructure whatsoever at our venue, which was a nordic center nestled in the ponderosa pines, but Robbie made it happen! Robbie was able to help us figure out what we needed to rent, and he brought a ton of his own supplies to make sure things went off without a hitch. He was able to do our entire meal on-site or made ahead. And the food was incredible! People are still talking about it two years later, definitely above and beyond the standard wedding meal. The appetizer bar was a crowd favorite, everyone mentioned to me how amazing the huge piles of nuts, cheeses, veggies, and yummy bites were. We couldn't have been more pleased with the menu, everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Thank you Robbie!!"
Private Chef Event
"I had a large group of family arrive in town, and Robbie prepared dinner for all of us. Everyone was amazed as he pulled out giant bags of brisket, foot-long peppers, and everything else needed to have a delicious dinner. He made everyone feel great and laugh while he told us what he was doing; he was totally in his nature. We all ate as he cooked and everyone agreed that it was something truly special that we had experienced. My ability to describe what a memorable experience it was will always fall short of the actual experience and we all still talk about it to this day.
That is what truly makes Robbie so special. Not only does he by far always prepare the best tasting dishes I've ever had, always outdoing his previous preparations, but he has this special ability to provide everyone with a beautiful experience while he does it. This story is one that still comes up at every family holiday. He created a unifying experience with me and family that we are all thankful for. He will never cease to amaze you."
